Customers receive an OTP (One-Time Password) upon entering their order into the Fez system, allowing them to access the locker and complete the transaction in under 30 seconds. The timeline for pickup is set at 48 hours, after which the parcel is removed from the locker and delivered directly to the customer for an additional fee.<\/span><\/p>\n
